Fall Hiking Vacations

The days are getting shorter and the leaves are starting to turn. The weather is mild and pleasant, fall is around the corner! Some of the best hiking of the year is waiting. There is more wildlife to see, including migrating birds. Fewer hikers on the trail, no insects and the cool air makes an easier time on the trail.  We suggest the last week in September from around the 23rd through the October 10th for peak foliage viewing. Don't wait until the last minute to book, we already have a fair amount of hikers scheduled. WE ARE SOLD OUT SEPTEMBER 16TH-18TH & 22ND-25TH, however we still have availability until October 10th and might have a room open up 22nd-25th, please call 1-888-855-8655 to inquiry.

“I have to say the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. John and his guides were amazingly attentive, doing their utmost to customize the experience for each guest. And the experiences themselves were awesome, including hikes on the Appalachian Trail, kayaking on local streams, and caving. The caving adventure, in particular, was absolutely unique! John and his staff dealt with all of the logistics, so I could just focus on having fun. In addition, it was great to meet new people sharing the adventure.”
